Session 1: Dr. Sarada Ramachandran
|
|
Dr. Sarada Ramachandran joined Springer Nature as the Product Manager for Springer Nature Experiments in 2018.
Before this, she worked as Product Development Scientist for five years in two other biotechnology companies in Munich and Heidelberg.
Sarada's PhD work was on “The development of 3D liver models for drug discovery” at the University of Wuerzburg, and she authored multiple publications including Nature Biotechnology.

Session 2: Robin Padilla, Ph.D.
|
|
Robin Padilla is the director of Product Management for Springer Nature Experiments.
He has a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley and was a postdoctoral researcher at BASF in Heidelberg, Germany before transitioning to publishing.
Having worked at Thieme Publishers and John Wiley & Sons, Robin joined Springer Nature in 2015 as a product manager for SpringerMaterials.
Robin has been product director for Springer Nature Experiments since 2017.

Sessions 3 & 4: Dr Satyavati Kharde
|
|
Dr. Satyavati Kharde has been a product manager with Springer Nature for over three years, and was directly involved in building the Springer Nature Experiments platform.
She holds a PhD in structural biochemistry from Ruprecht-Karls University of Heidelberg in Germany. During her time in the laboratory, she published peer-review papers in a variety of journals.
Satyavati has also worked at EMBL, Germany and CCMB, India.
